So here we are….Rob Lofthouse lives in Eastbourne and is a window cleaner by day but spent 20 years in the armed forces having joined at the age of 16, serving in places such as Poland, Germany, Canada, Falkland Islands and Iraq. He is now an author who has just launched his latest book The Sheer Nerve a fictional story about a British Commando raid upon a German U-Boat facility at the French port of La Rochelle during World War Two.
